TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • No Refund Policy unless our estimated time of arrival of ordered items are not meet accordingly.

  • We see to it the condition of our items before we deliver so any damages on items caused by the courier are not shouldered by the seller.

  • If the buyer received wrong package, he/she should notify the seller as soon as possible. It will be replaced with her/his exact orders, any expense will be shouldered by the seller. But he/she can not ask for the refund.

  • In case of loss of the package the buyer must notify the seller so that the seller can contact the courier.

  • It is not our liability if the package is loss due to wrong address given by the buyer but the seller is willing to cooperate to help the buyer find his/her package.
